I appoint Rabbi Chaim Mintz or his designee as my agent to sell any chametz that is in my possession.
The chametz will be sold at the time that is deemed necessary in accordance with the Torah law, to a non-Jew of Rabbi Mintz’s choosing.
The buyer will have free access to the chametz acquired by him. I undertake to cover these items and store them in a location that will not be readily accessible to me, and not make use of them, or of the location in which they are stored, during the period of Pesach.
